Mountainside

I hate that I had to move out of here due to rent going up. It was my very first apartment moving in here with my husband and I loved it the second I drove by the neighborhood. Claire was literally the most wonderful person ever. She helped us thru everything since its our first time and she made sure we had all the information we needed. All the issues we had with our apartment were fixed right away. I will be remembering all the amazing experiences I had living here.

"I have already done a Yelp review, and now 5 months later I can say I'm only MORE pleased. I am so glad I moved here. The mountain views are incredible, the updated Apt is really nice, and I have had personally nothing but positive experiences with the staff; from front desk to maintenance. My direct neighbors are nice-and quiet. Thankfully! I haven't yet used the pool, but I plan to this week-end. It was recently re-surfaced. Me and my wife visited Mountainside Apartments about 2 weeks ago. We loved the view of the mountains and the location of the apartments next to the mountains. The property was well maintained and very clean. The staff at mountainside was professional, informative and very helpful in our rental process. We decided to make mountainside apartments our home. Mountainside is the perfect place for us. I recommend mountainside apartments to anyone who is looking to rent an apartment.

Lauren in the front office was very helpful and proactive in helping me with a paperwork issue. I've also noticed small issues, per the other reviews. However, I feel that we all need to give a lot of understanding to everyone during difficult times like these.

Mountainside is a place you want to wake up everyday, as well as a place you can’t wait to return to for comfortable, peaceful, relaxation at our homes here. The staff is knowledgeable, super helpful, and friendly. They always have an answer for you, or help, or a bottle of cold water. Best complex I’ve seen in AZ personally by far.

Mountainside is a beautiful apartment complex and very well taken care of from maintenance and staff. The office staff have great communication and made sure I got the apartment that best fit me. This apartment complex is located in a great area right across the street from a local fry’s and not so far from a community park
