Pet Policy

Both cats and dogs are welcome, with a limit of two pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply.

• Cat Rent: $35 for one, $60 for two
• Dog Rent: $35 for one, $60 for two
• Deposits: None
• Non-refundable Fees: $350 for one pet, $400 for two pets

Residents must sign an Animal Addendum and provide vet records, including the pet's weight and picture, before approval.
