Mountainside proudly works with all who meet their rental qualification criteria. Our residents are asked to make a pre-tax income equal to or exceeding 2.5 times the base rental amount per month, satisfactory credit, positive rental history, and a satisfactory criminal history report. For instance, if the home you are interested in is renting for $2,000/month, you must earn at least $5,000 per month, or $60,000 per year, of verifiable pre-tax income.
If you dont qualify due to income, you have the option of adding a guarantor.

Upon moving in, you will be greeted by our leasing and maintenance staff who can answer any questions or concerns and walk you through the process.
The monthly rental rate you see online is not inclusive of applicable taxes/fees nor utility costs.
We love pets at Mountainside! We welcome your furry friends cats and dogs. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment home. There is $350 one-time non-refundable pet fee for one pet, $450 for two, and a pet rent of $35 per month for one pet, and $60 a month for two. We also have a dog park on-site.
You can pay rent in whichever method is most convenient for you. As a resident, you will have access to an online resident portal where you can schedule one-time payment or enroll in automatic payments. Otherwise, you can stop by the leasing office during our business hours and drop off a cashiers check.
We have uncovered first-come-first-serve parking available for residents and their guests. We also offer reserved covered carports for $15 a month, limit one per apartment home. And detached garages for $85 a month.

Every residence at Mountainside comes equipped with a full-sized, in-unit washer and dryer.
Mountainside does not offer EV Charging onsite but is located near multiple charging stations.
Yes, we invite you to take advantage of our expansive, fully equipped fitness center with cardio and weight training equipment for your ideal workout.

Yes Mountainside proudly works with applicants utilizing Housing Vouchers. Applicants using vouchers can apply them toward income qualification requirements, and our leasing team is happy to walk you through the process to ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are completed smoothly.
Our leasing office is open to the public for in-person tours Monday through Friday from 9 am- 6 pm, and Saturday from 10am - 4pm. We look forward to your visit!
